Return Policy
MANGMI hopes that you will be pleased with MANGMI product. However, if you decide to return a product that you purchased from our site, you must notify MANGMI and return the product to us within 15 days from the date you receive the product.
Additionally, MANGMI will not accept a return if the product
1. was not purchased from our site. Products purchased from other retailers are subject to their return policies, and MANGMI disclaims any liability regarding the return of such items.
2. is not in its original condition with all original cords, adapters, documentation, accessories and packaging.
3. is returned from outside of the country where the product was originally shipped to by MANGMI.
Return for Defective or Damaged Products
If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will provide a free return and replacement or issue a full refund. To be eligible for this return:
- The issue must be reported within 15 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be in its original cords, adapters, accessories, documentation and packaging.
How to Request a Return for a Defective Product:

Provide your order number, purchase email, and a brief description of the defect.
After our team verifies the issue, we will issue a return shipping label and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Please Note:
We do not accept returns for defects reported after the 15-day period.
If the product has been damaged due to misuse or mishandling, it will not be eligible for a return.
Return for Non-Defective Products (Change of Mind, Buyer’s Remorse, etc.)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for personal reasons, you can return the product within 15 days of receiving it. However, the following conditions apply:
- A 25% restocking fee will be charged, with a minimum fee of $35. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- The product must be in new, unused condition, and must include all original packaging, cords, accessories and documentation.
How to Request a Return for Non-Defective Products:
1. Contact our customer support team at support@mangmi.com or submit a support ticket here.
2. Provide your order number, purchase email, and a brief description of the reason for the return.
3. Our team will review the request and provide return instructions. Returns will not be processed without prior communication.
Return Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
Refund Policy
Once we receive the returned product and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days after the product is inspected and approved for return.
Warranty Policy
We offer a 12-month warranty from the date you receive your order. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover:
- Damages caused by misuse or mishandling.
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.).
- Software or system issues that can be fixed by updates.
If your product malfunctions within the warranty period:
We will provide free repairs, replacement parts, or a partial refund based on the situation.
Shipping costs for warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.
Important Notes
- Returns for non-defective products: If a product is returned due to personal reasons, the 25% restocking fee will be applied, with a minimum of $35, and return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- Defective returns: If the product is defective, the return will be processed free of charge, and a replacement or refund will be provided.
- Non-returnable items: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are not in their original condition, including missing parts or packaging. We also do not accept returns after 15 days.
